Hello!
My name is Heather, although I go by various different names. My most common name is Meepey. I come from the USA. I've come to learn Japanese! : D Yay! I'm still almost brand new even though I've been exposed to Japanese for almost 5 years. I am currently studying very hard to learn. But there's a problem, -.-, I cannot memorize my kana! O:< No matter how many times I write it down, and all that other wonderful junk, I can't memorize half of them for the life of me. And I'm also interested meeting others who are interested in a lot of what I'm interested in! : ) I hope to learn a lot here, and meet a lot of people too! Later!

I have no Friends- The cats have scratched and destroyed all of the DVDs! I always owe someone- In fact I put two os in it! I always ruin my clothes with Bleach!- The show is so dom suspensful I spill my grape soda on them! But . . .I'll live.

I haven't aten anything today, that's either a good or bad thing . . .
I have no Friends- The cats have scratched and destroyed all of the DVDs! I always owe someone- In fact I put two os in it! I always ruin my clothes with Bleach!- The show is so dom suspensful I spill my grape soda on them! But . . .I'll live.

Hi ya'll!! The name is Nubia. I'm from California, 20 years old, a student majoring in international studies, and applying for the JET program. I was raised on Japanese culture and have been watching anime forever, and just started to watch a lot of the J-dramas. I came here to find some friends and hear about some first had accounts involving Japan. I'm happy to be here on JF, and looking forward to a fun time!

hi, my name is Maria....
I was born on Jan 9th 1993 I first started reading manga and watching anime thanks to my friend and i really enjoyed it a lot. I would really love to go to Japan because it has an amazing culture. Also my grandma is Japanese (though she doesnt live in japan idk why) but i would really like to live there.

I'm Christine from Philadelphia and have been into Japanese culture for...over 10 years. I speak Japanese and studied in Japan in 2008 during the Summer. I want to return for a lot of reasons, some being Disney, friends, baseball games, Yokohama, Harajuku, SMAP, Tokyu Foods, HMV, Tippy Toppe and work.

Welcome!! It seems you all are closely related in Japan already, I'm glad you take apparent pride in that! I hope to go to Japan one day . . .

Hi
...I've been here for a little while, but just found this thread.I'm Anemone and I got into Japan from a manga club at my library, but I also love the music and culture. I'm going to take Japanese next year, but I already know some. I also really hope to live there someday
