About Me: My name is Brooke and I am from western Canada. Ever since I was in Middle School, I was facinated in Japan's culture and society. Coming to you from: Sweden First Breath: Oct/1/1987 Intentions and whatnot: Mmm, studying japanese and came across this site. Planning on going there this december with a friend so I thought a site like this would be great to check out. Why do you want to go to Japan?: My dream, since I was a kid. Love the country for what it is. Ethics, values, honor etc etc. List goes on. I find the language beautiful and mixing kana, kanji and such interesting. About me: 23y/o as I type this. Currently studying fulltime and hope to take my MC license next year. Love tattoos, piercings and gaming. But to be honest, my real hobbies outside of the social part with friends, is studying japanese (as I said, it's my dream) and motorcycles. Ps. Does anyone know how you select a custom avatar? :-) Thanks!

Hello. I've joined the forum because I like to watch Japanese films...the stranger, the better. I'm also able to watch NHK English at home and really love some of the cultural and travel programmes they broadcast.

Why do you want to go to Japan : I'm actually living in Japan (yeah not very orginal for a Japanese girl..) but I've not always lived here . I was born and raised in Paris and then I decided to come to Japan because I wanted to feel closer to my roots.yoroshiku !
