Don't use a spoon to eat rice. Use a fork.
Japanese and Chinese serve rice that has a bit of a stick to it when they give you chopsticks. It's not hard. Just make sure you're not trying with an unintended style of rice. You just need to practice for a while. It's no more difficult than learning to use a knife, fork and spoon properly. As you can see from the example of Columbine, even older people have trouble with correct etiquette. The eternal Saint is calling, through the ages she has told. Like I said, it's extremely easy. I have difficulty understanding how you learned to use a computer if you've trouble learning how to put food in your mouth... The eternal Saint is calling, through the ages she has told. The ages have not listened; the will of faith has grown old…

Oh, and BTW, the "unintended" style of rice I mentioned is not eaten with a spoon by the Chinese/Japanese as some bogans might imply. It's used for desert, mostly, in which case it becomes bound and sticky again.
Other Asian countries prefer the long grain rice for main courses, however. Such as Thailand, who do not like Japanese style rice. These countries traditionally eat with their hands, not spoons (which is where you might like to use a fork before lowering yourself). The eternal Saint is calling, through the ages she has told. Then all you need is correct understanding of the foods you're eating and practice with the correct tools for those foods. You'll get it.

What kinda question is that?
If everything is cooked the way it can be best eaten with rice, what else do you expect us to eat with? Or did you hear someplace that we even ate steaks, pizza, burgers, spaghetti with chopsticks? |
