Kodak is an american product and im sure it would cost them a lot to, i dont know import a couple of cameras?

Today a Kodak Zi8 has been successfuly delivered, thanks to my Japanese friend who was kind to call different shops. There is a huge shortage of Zi8 here and apparently I bought the last one available. It looks cool. I have to buy an SD card tomorrow.

Wow, crazily enough, I just picked up a zi8 as part of my getting ready to move to Tokyo. I also browsed many videos looking for the right pocket camcorder, and it came down to the Creative Vado and the Kodak zi8. I was just in Philadelphia visiting family where I was able to do my first field test, and I am extremely pleased with it.
