I'm Planning a Gathering-Questionnaire

Okay well I myself am not planning this gathering, I'm helping. I have questions for everyone to answer, we need as much feedback as possible. First off, have any of you ever heard of the ocarina? It's an amazing instrument and we want to have a convention of a sort for people who play the ocarina or want to start. If you want some info on the ocarina, go here.

So anyways, we want to have this event sometime next summer but need more feedback on time, place, etc. Here are the questions:

1. Where so you live?

2. Would you be willing to go? ie. are you too busy

3. What kind of seminars would you like?(making ocs, history of them)

4. Could you lead a seminar?

5. Could you perform?

6. Any tips, have you done one before or know if I'm missing anything?
This has to be in america, we're thinking east coast, around VA or NC, but it's still undecided. So please let me know.
