Smile Japan earns my respect and tears!!! - 07-03-2010, 03:01 PM

I was very upset but proud of Japan even though the team didn't win the game. Even the next day when I watched the replay on a bus about the same game, I couldn't help to tear. I should say, well done Japan team, you guys really played a great game and you have my respect. So proud of you!!

They fought well do! And i loved that nonchalant penalty from Honda^^

You can not make a person love you, all you can do is to be a person who can be loved.

I was more upset when Ghana was cheated out of the world cup by Uraguay. I hope Holland beats the living daylights out of Uraguay.

I was supporting Japan but I did enjoy it when the Japanese fans were crying. I hate such fans because to me soccer is JUST A GAME.

Football is more than a game.

Too many people spend money they haven't earned, to buy things they don't want, to impress people they don't like.

Well I wanted Japan to get to the quarter finals for the first time but they do much better in other football competitons such as the AFC asian cup.

For how long have you been watching football? (if you actually do)

I'll let the rest of the Europeans answer.
