I do. There is something paranormal in my own home. Of course, there are paranormal things all around us, but this one just likes making itself known.
My boyfriend also is very sensitive to spirits and the paranormal, and can see ghosts. It's a very interesting gift, though creepy when he informs me later that a spirit just passed by.

I don't think of myself as a real believer but I have seen and felt some things that have no logical explanation.
I am pretty sure that my yard is haunted. Turns out this area used to be the outskirts of town. A building next door was the last publicly operating brothel (1870-90s) that faced the city cemetery (built in the 1850's - 35,000 graves dug up in the early 1920-40s and the bodies moved down south to make way for housing). Who knows what has happened around here? If this place isn't a cliche for haunted grounds I don't know what is.

The key to not encountering paranormal activity is to not go where it is most prominent. New Orleans, Florida, and most of the south is what you should avoid. But if you're a fan of the paranormal, then by all means, have at it.

One of my friends house is surely hunted..and this friend of mine and her parents also know it. The building is more than 100 years old wit 2 or 3 permanent spirits haunting there. I hate to be alone in her room, or on the corridor of the house, coz there is always something gives me the creeps. Once happened, when I stayed at her place, that I woke up in the middle of the night and I did know that someone is staring at me from the dark. I grabbed the blanket over my head and tried to sleep back, but the feeling did not disappeared....and I was sure about that it is beside my bed already!! I still don't know how could i sleep back..
I know that it sounds ridiculous, but when we were talking during the breakfast I told it to my friend and she wasn't surprised. Said: " yupp, he is always standing behind my back, when I'm sitting in front of te PC. He's a curious one." ....

U can discuss EVERYTHING there, like aliens, ufo's, paranormal studies, conspiracy theories, mythical creatures, 2012 mayan calendar, space exploration, psychology, philosophy, conspiracies in religion, metaphysics etc etc

I am sure there are things beyond human out there. Spiritual things. But I do not believe they are ghosts, or the dead that should be aware of nothing at all.
That leaves a few alternatives to what those things could be. Whether it's true or not, just err on the side of caution and don't let it into your life.
