I'd add two thing if I may: to absorb iron it's necessary to absorb enough vitamin C, and you left it out, maybe because it was obvious... And be careful with the green tea, it's a very affective diuretic, so it can be wrong when you lacking minerals... and also it has tannic acid which blocks the iron absorption... |

I am afraid I dislike these false nails very much although its obvious that if you're into designer nails with gorgeous designs that can be skilfully done might be attractive-- But not to me.
It seems to be really big business so there is a demand for them. I cannot bear my own own nails to be long either. No doubt the artificial ones could make a good defensive weapon LOL. |

I have no idea why they should turn you on. Yes I can believe that they can be alien to work-- so easily damaged I imagine. |

Yeah, I left out the vitamin C on purpose... That's one I take regularly anyways and just assumed it was a given... As for the green tea, I forgot to mention it's just a brush on thing, like nail polish, so there is no ingestion of it... I'm thinking it can't have a negative effect that way. (although I could be wrong... Wouldn't be the first time, lol)... Thanks for the advice! :-) |
