Have you heard what Mourinho said in the press conference after the game? It was both funny and very sad to hear. The poor man, he's just so desperate to prove the world he's a better coach than Guardiola he's losing it already. (when did it stop being Camp Nou to become Nou Camp???LOL) everything is relative and contradictory ~

When I lived in Madrid, it was always referred to as Nou Camp. Even the AS and Marca would write it that way, but I believe they are from Madrid. Perhaps in Catalunya it's always been Camp Nou....
All I had to inform me was the updates on ESPN and it looked like a bloodbath. I know there's never been any love lost between the two teams, but from what I gather, Madrid let all the frustration from the season out on this game.... Good luck with Manchester United.... It would have been noce to see Raul play against his old team in the finals, but alas, neither team is going to make it.... |

A bloodbath? Mmmh not really. I have seen much worse. And as a R. Madrid fan you should know that's really their style. They know they can't beat Barça so they play rough and hope they don't get many yellow cards. Then they complain they always have one player kicked out of the game but it's only reasonable seeing the blatant fouls they make. And yes, it's true that people outside of Catalunya say Nou Camp. To me Camp Nou sounds better but they're both used. everything is relative and contradictory ~

I did see the Valencia-R.Madrid game and with an almost "b" squad, they were kicking their @sses.... Maybe they should have sent them instead! |
