It seems they are planning to use sea water as coolant. and good news we are having now is that the level of radioactive is going down from 1015 sievert/ hour to 90 or something like that.

I am talking on-line to skilled people now. They say that large amount of water mixing with bromic acid will stop melting and cool overheated core of reactor. It will take some time. Negative consequences include mentioned radioactive vapor, poisonous chlorine gas and hygrogen gas ( if they use sea water to pump into reactor) that can explode once again....
