Umm... No?
I wasn`t even contacted. I am pointing this out as it makes virtually no sense to me to encourage people in areas nowhere near the earthquake to leave the country ASAP as if the whole island was sinking or something.

If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.

The problems with the nuclear reactor are insignificant compared with the overall damage from the earthquake and tsunamis. The level of radiation has already fallen more than 90% and the plant will probably be cleaned up within a matter of months. As for the rest of the damage to homes, businesses, schools, train lines, roads, highways, bridges, industry, and general loss of life, it's going to take years of work to recover.

I now have a few friends who are actually just packing up and leaving. Too much for them to handle. Tsunami, earthquake, aftershock, radiation. It's their choice, but it sucks.

Don't forget about possible radioactive poisoning of territory.

Well, these are not aftershocks, some of them are separate eq's. Today we had one in Nagano, Niigata and Aomori. Other quakes are predicted this week, of equal strenght to that one ydy. The whole island of Honshu was moved by 230cm and plkates are still on the move. I am not packing and leaving, but I definitely prepare an emergency sack tmr. Next week may be quite serious, especially if the quake hits Tokyo.

Oh, and now all the unbelievably ignorant people of the internet are saying this is "payback for Pearl Harbor". Yeah, let's just conveniently forget that America dropped atomic bombs on them. I'm so ashamed to be a Westerner right now. The absolute lack of respect coming from some people is disgusting, but it's exactly what I expected unfortunately.
