The Korean translation (and the English) must have been done by an amateur like me, or must have been run through auto-translator and then corrected but some part where he didn't know they just left it as is, ungrammatical and not making sense.

I don't know what this means either. Does rensa in this context mean continuous as in continuous preaching? That there is a crown-head (teppen) the leader of the Universe above (heaven)?
