Hi everyone,
my name is kermani i am a jamaican who desires vehemently to live in japan the reason being started 3 years ago in 2008, when i met a JICA volunteer from Japan named M, we fell in love and even became engaged in 2009 in 2010 her contract with JICA had ended and she had to go back to japan in time she broke up and got back with me several times, but 2 months ago was different, she told me that she still loved me and that she would leave her self open if i came, but due to the economy in jamaica, i never had the money until now we had an argument last month and because of that, she is avoiding me i cant stop thinking about her and so i decided i wanted to go to japan i have a lot of japanese friends, but i cant get in contact with any of them they all seem to be so very busy the reason being for me writing this post is that i have no guarantor and i am writing to those who can understand how i feel and the passion i have in following my heart someone said they are williing to give me a job when i get to tokyo but they said i have to get to japan on my own, its difficult because without a guarantor, you can see the cycle i am not asking anyone here for a handout, please dont get me wrong i am not begging for that i have money but without a guarantor, i have no entry into japan, none whatsoever, i cant get a visa unless i have a guarantor so please i am writing to the hearts of those with mercy and to those who are willing to help, i will do anything, if you want me to work for you by cleaning your home while i stay there, i will i have 1200 USD, my ticket is cheaper, i can survive on little or no food but i need to see her to tell her how i feel right now i need her to know that i love her so much and that she still resides within e even a year after we have broken up and i want to tell her i am sorry that i made her angry last month. i want to show her that i am serious about crossing the ocean for her thats why i dont want her to know that i am coming until i am there |

I feel for all who fall for Japanese girls, I do. I must say I fell in love again when I saw the high-school pictures of my wife. But immigration does not understand romance. If you don't have the required minimum of a Bachelor's degree (which I assume you don't), anybody who hires you has to explain his/her decision to the immigration inspector, who will not make it fun. Nobody wants to go through with such an interrogation, that's why they require you to be here first. I suggest you start working on your Bachelor's degree, or a very good business model. I'd go to a theme pub with an over-enthusiastic (pronounciation: "highly stereotypical to the extreme") Jamaican bartender, for example. |

Kermani2k,
I understand that Jamaica is not a visa-exempt nation when it comes to traveling to Japan. However, if you have the money, it sounds like you can obtain a visa for the purpose of tourism. Is that not the case? |
