Tony Hillerman is my top fave!!!

Followed by (in no particular order):
Much of Stephen King
Much of Anne McCaffrey
Gustave Flaubert
Stuart Woods
Kurt Vonnegut
Some of Tom Stoppard
Some of Richard Adams
Much of C.S. Lewis
J.R. Tolkien (when I have enough brain power to read prose that dense)
F. Paul Wilson (Go Repairman Jack!!!)
Colleen McCullough
Jean Craighead George
Elliot Roosevelt
Very Little of Dean Koontz (Go Odd Thomas!!!)

Many more but all I can think of right off the bat. I can think of more I don't care for than do...

"And I ain't in it for the power,
And I ain't in it for my health
I ain't in it for the glory of anything at all
And I sure ain't in it for the wealth
But I'm in it till it's over and I just can't stop
If you wanna get it done,
You gotta do it yourself..."

Neil Gaiman, and Philip Roth. Simple as that. And a couple of others whose names I've forgotten.

The color of the sala flower reveals the truth that is... To flourish is to fall. The proud do not endure.

Heaven or Hell, Let's Rock!

Like a passing dream on a night in Spring. The mighty fall at last, to be no more than dust before the wind.

Read Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami if you haven't read it yet. It's like my favorite book ever.

Stephenie Meyer is definitely my favorite author... for fantasy-related matters. For something more realistic I'm really liking Jodi Picoult.

Everyone seems to be loving Twilight nowadays. I'll admit I'm a fan too, I just don't really get obsessive about it.
