Dale Carnegie and Tony Buzan are great. Also enjoy reading anything by David Gemmell, Laurell K. Hamilton, Terry Pratchett, George R. R. Martin and David Eddings.
PS: Robert Jordan you suck for kicking the bucket before finishing The Wheel of Time Series. Nobody is perfect.

For Action: Kishimoto Masashi-sensei
No doubt that he can make a manga in an indistinct era, and pull it off... (I think he's the only one! lol  For drama: Hino Matsuri-sensei She can pull of a drama-comedy-action mix and have it look wonderful!
