Well, you go into your bathroom, shut the door, turn off all the lights, so that it be pitch black, you spin around while saying Bloody Mary three times, and supposedly she comes for you and kills you.

I don't believe I ever saw that episode of Naruto. But I know kappa means turtle when translated, so was she part turtle?

Bloody Mary is a nickname of Queen Mary I of England. It couldn't be her, could it?

Actually, yes. The legend was based around her onslaught of the Protestant people.
