Buisness Internet Connection -

Hey,
I live in Mie-Ken (Tsu-Shi) and I need a very good internet connection with static IP address and no upload or download limits. I found some companies the offer a static IP address but it seems to me that they usually run over NTT and they have daily upload limits. What really sucks... Does anyone know providers the offer a buisnes internet connection with no caps on it? Thank you for your time. よろしくお願いします。

"au Hikari" has "actually" static IP address but not guaranteed.
It has no limit for upload/download but traffic rate seems to be limited. I had been used au Hikari for years and changed to Docomo Hikari in this year. From my experience, the static IP address had never changed. You can not get useful business resources for free.
