I’ll be travelling with my family to Okayama in September, we plan to visit Bizen to look for pottery wares.
(1) Should we take JR Sanyo Line?
(2) is Bizen the final station?
(3) any other helpful advices to offer?

You can also utilize long distance bus from Osaka or Fukuoka.

(2) is Bizen the final station?
There are eight JR stations named BIZEN-something. I can not tell you which station is suitable for you.
