It's maybe anonymous. However in my book this haiku follows definitely the Musashi's one. I would like to search the internet by key words if I know what words the author could use.

”宮本武蔵：MIYAMOTO, MUSASHI" once fought with "宍戸梅軒：SHISHIDO, BAIKEN" who utilizes chained sickle. This is famous episode. You can find these kind of drawings.

On the other hand, "YOSHIKAWA, EIJI" wrote "MIYAMOTO, MUSASHI" as his novel. "SHISHIDO, BAIKEN" is a character created by YOSHIKAWA.

You could find the HAIKU in YOSHIKAWA's novel.
