Japan's Smoking Rate Declines -

Japan Tobacco Inc. today announced the results of its Japan Smoking Rate Survey, a study that has been carried out annually since 1965. The survey, conducted in May 2008, showed that 25.7 percent of Japanese adults are smokers, hitting a record low for the 13th straight year.
The survey showed that the smoking rate of men was 39.5 percent, the smoking rate of women was 12.9 percent and total adult smoking rate was 25.7 percent. Source: JT Smoking Survey |

they banned smoking in public places at the beginning of this year or something like that.
betcha didn't know that either. :3 But to despair was to wish back for something already lost. Or to prolong what was already unbearable. |
