Driver falls to death after truck smashes through expressway wall -

A large trailer unit was left suspended from a pillar on an elevated section of Tokyo's Metropolitan Expressway on Thursday morning after rolling onto its side and smashing through a side wall, while its driver died after falling to the road below, police said. The vehicle apparently failed to follow a rightward curve on the expressway at the site of the accident, which took place at around 6 a.m. in the Motoakasaka area in Minato Ward, they said. The driver, believed to be Shinobu Sawaguchi, 32, who worked for a trucking company in Ibaraki Prefecture, died shortly after falling 10 meters from the vehicle to the road below, the Metropolitan Police Department said. Did someone sabotage the vehice to make it faulty or was it just a glitch of fate?
