What properties do fish have exactly that promote long life? Is it just low in fat? What sort of proteins are common in fish? I know fish skin has fat in it.

fish is really low in bad fat but it has a lot of good fat and protein and the tv said that not me

well there is bad fat like saturated that makes cholesterol which there is also good and bad cholesterol but the good fat is unsaturated fish has polyunsaturated fats and omega 3 fatty acids which make good cholestoral see.

I read a myth that the reason death plague and everthing else bad in the world was created by the curiosity of...a women she opened a jar that would release all of that but everyone knew they weren't supposed too that lady was bad!
