umm... i think i heard there is an international school in some countries back in the orient. maybe its the same for japan? if so, then they take english speaking students... exchange programs... that i dont know. most likely the international schools...?

thanks! it was easy! geez... i think it took me longer to get to school and back than to take the science exam! lol. so any luck with that foreign exchange thing? can you speak japanese and read kanji? cause... if you cant there isnt really a reason to go is there?

im learning! the way i see it, i need to find a program now even though i intend to go to Japan next year. that way i have a better hold on the language

i dont know were u are from, but here we have exchange program too and u dont need to know any japanese (it would help if u knew) but u just have to have good english, they teach u before u go so u can go to school there. of course the more u know about english/japanese the better.
They have it for highschool and for masters degree as far as i know, but then again it depens on your country, i saw this directly on the japanese embasy site of my contry! Good luck |

I'm going on high school exchange later this year. Just because you don't fully understand Japanese doesn't mean you shouldn't go. Some people go without ANY prior study.
Programs I'd recommend that you look into: YFU (I'm going with them, their scholarships will cover almost all of the costs if not all) Rotary AFS EF? ASSE There are a few more, but those are the most popular. A google search will return their homepages. |
