This last weekend was abit of a rainy washout but the last two weekends before that were tee shirt weather.
I guess I have had a good 33% split between Sun/Rain/Cloud, but there are many things to do on a rainy day. I make a list of things that I want to do and start hitting the bottom of the list if it is raining. Museum spots are good places to check out on a rainy day.

The Japanese seem to have mastered umberella usage and you will find umberella racks and plastic sleeves at every shop and resturant.
Stay away from the 200 yen range umberella as these tend to break when you shake them.

Just an update...
Today in Tokyo Mon 14th April 2008 started out looking bad. Bit of rain overnight and this morning was cloudy. The weather reports said rain. Guess what!
It was turned out to be a wonderful sunny day so I came home dropped off my umberella and coat, put on a tee-shirt and have been enjoying the sun.
April is not so bad.

Looks like rain for the next four days but they could be wrong (he hopes with double crossed fingers)

If you want to hook up over here then give me a shout!

Yeah the weather is pretty up and down. I've been here for about three weeks now and you just have to get on with what you want to do, rain or shine!! I'm actually sick at the moment and my host mum said that many people get ill at this time of year. So make sure to take your vitamins, eat healthy and give your mouth a good rinse out if you've been in a crowded place.

Thats how the weather is all year.... pretty much the same as English weather with a humidity reversal (dry winter, humid summer)
