Need information on getting GPS navigator in English for Japan

I plan to travel with my family in Japan during August.
I plan to travel mostly with a car.
Are you familiar with a GPS navigation software in English for Japan?

Why are you going mostly by car?

Thanks for the respond,

We travel as family 5 persons 3 children and I find it difficult and expensive to travel from place to place with trains and buses taking with us all our bags.
Obviously, in the big cities we will use only trains and buses, however, in the nature places and small cities it could be easier by car, don’t you think so?

Hey i would also like to get any information about car navis in english wich you can buy in
japan. Anyone got any information? I guess they will be a bit expensive....
