Polar, you are red-haired and freckled! I happened to go to Japan with a few of the sort and you receive pretty much the same treatment-- but don't be surprised if people try to touch your hair or something...

Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku - 02-08-2009, 07:32 AM

Sunroute Plaza in Shinjuku is in a great location - you are really close to Shinjuku Station. From there, you can get anywhere. The prices aren't bad either, especially when you compare it to some of the other popular hotels in the area like Keio Plaza.

And not only is Sunroute Plaza close to Shinjuku Station, it's close to El Torito and Krispy Kreme.

Flying Delta from Toronto to Altanta, then Atlanta to Narita.

Shaved a week off the trip so 14 days 13 nights.

Used travelvolicity and got the flight and Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku hotel room for $2085 USD combined.

I don`t think you could much better then that since I never saw a flight for less then $1350 return.

Plane ride was crazy.

But from Atlanta to Japan has to be the prettiest ride you'll ever take (more later)

I'm just giggling to myself that I'm actually here. Everything was a snap .

I've been up for about 48 hours straight with the odd cap nap here and there.

Craziest thing about the 14 hour plane ride is that it's always sunny outside.

Anyhoo, all is well and it's flipping FANTASTIC !!!!

From the sky, To the ground
Rain is falling all around
Thunder rain and wind
A song of storms begins

Play a song, A melody
Then everybody will see
The hero of time
Has come
