You should give some more information such as:

What you plan to see.
Your budget.
Your preferred housing arrangements.
How long you're able to stay.
Where you plan to visit.
Maybe some of your interests.

1.Well i would like to see a lot of places like tokyo,akihabara,harajuku and so on - if you know some interesting places i would like to know about them .
2.I still don't know what my budget is , im saving money but i need it to other stuff as well
3.I would like to stay 3-4 months ,maybe even more
My interest is to see all kind of historical sites ,fashion shops,cosplay places,hotsprings,places where they have good food and so on

Akihabara and Harajuku are just places in Tokyo. You should broaden your horizons and look at visiting the Kansai area, with Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Himeji, Koya-san, etc, especially if you want to see historical places.

3-4 months will cost many thousands of dollars. If you aren't sure what your budget is, and you need to save for other stuff as well, perhaps a shorter trip is more realistic, such as a few weeks?
