If you want to know the exact details, you might need to check Netherlands' agriculture department. You do have one, right?

IN GENERAL, most countries forbid/control the importation of any raw food, including fruits and vegetables, and of course meat. Processed and packaged foods are usually OK. The middle ground, such as perishable baked goods, is less certain.

Basically, if it can spread diseases, it's not allowed.

Okay, I wanna know something.
Anyone knows how much it costs to get a Japanese course?
Or is a book fine too?
Because it's told to me before here that basic Japanese is very appreciated over in Japan.
Is it worth it?

If your just visiting, a little Japanese goes a long way. Much like any other country learning a few key phrases shows respect.

I doubt anyone would expect you to be fluent however that didn't stop anyone from speaking Japanese to me like I was expected to understand it. No need for a course, a phrase book is more then enough.
