If you answer yes to question 2, what is the longest duration you've stayed in Japan for? 5 weeks (student exchange trip) 5. Which one is your favourite city? Osaka 6. If you have never been to Japan, would you like to go? Have been. 7. What attracts you? The technology, culture, music, and fashion. 8. If you only have one day to visit Japan, which city would you want to visit? And Why? Tokyo, because I want to take a look around Harajuku

I'm a 19 year old female. 2. Have you ever been to Japan? No. I am going on May 29th 2011. 6. If you have never been to Japan, would you like to go? Yes, as mentioned I will be going to Japan next year. Flights are booked! 7. What attracts you? The language, the scenery, the popular culture, the people. The new experience, I guess. 8. If you only have one day to visit Japan, which city would you want to visit? And Why? Well since I've never been it'll have to be Tokyo, think that's the starting place for everyone on their first trip to Japan.

If you answer yes to question 2, what is the longest duration you've stayed in Japan for? one month! 5. Which one is your favourite city? tokyo! and from tokyo shibuya and harajuku 6. If you have never been to Japan, would you like to go? hell yea 7. What attracts you? the fashion, food, music, culture, people EVERYTHING about japan 8. If you only have one day to visit Japan, which city would you want to visit? And Why? tokyo..cos its the love of my life

2. No 6. Of course! 7. History, the culture, the creativity (music, anime, manga, games), and the landscape (mountains, sakura trees etc.) 8. I have no idea, but I think any city would do. Big, small, or even a village

Two weeks each time 5. Which one is your favourite city? Definitely Tokyo, Hakone is a close second in terms of non-modern locale. 7. What attracts you? Culture, cutting-edge technologies, Japanese hospitality and J-POP  8. If you only have one day to visit Japan, which city would you want to visit? And Why? Tokyo, because it's more in line with my interests than some of the other parts of Japan.

32 2. Have you ever been to Japan? Yes. 3. If you answer yes to question 2, how many times? I have entered the country about 9 times. 4. If you answer yes to question 2, what is the longest duration you've stayed in Japan for? Longest duration without leaving would only be about 1 year, however I have been a resident here for more than 5 years, and have spent about 6 1/2 years of my life in total here. 5. Which one is your favourite city? Probably Hiroshima, i find it quite amazing, alive, and yet unsettling at the same time. 7. What attracts you? To Japan I assume?? Initially my curiosity about Japan started around the same time I discovered Super Mario Bros, and many other video games as a kid. I did not have a real desire to come here though until I had started taking a few elective Japanese classes in college however. 8. If you only have one day to visit Japan, which city would you want to visit? And Why? Shizuoka, it has the most sentimental value for me.
