My wife and I will be flying into Tokyo on a Sunday afternoon. What time do the cos-play people leave the harajuku station area?

When I went sometimes there were no cosplayers to be seen at various times of day, it seems to be pot luck.

They tend to be teenagers so don't bother trying too early in the morning either
