Suggested Capsule Rooms in Osaka -

I'm flying to Japan for the first time early tomorrow morning and would like to know if anyone can recommend a decent capsule room (for men) in Osaka. My plan is to be a bit nomadic with this trip, if possible. I wouldn't mind just showing up without any reservations and just taking what I can find on the spot - though I have no idea what I'll be up against as far as the language barrier goes.
