I don't know about smoking age limit...but I will tell you I saw many people (mostly girls) smoking in Jr high uniforms....
As for drinking age in Japan...it's 20, but Westerners tend to look older to the Japanese...cough... ![]() |

Yeah, in truth, it may be wise to avoid both in a foreign country, especially drinking. One must remember that if they like it or not, while traveling, you are a diplomat of sorts representing your country.
Though, smoking may not be somthing that has a big chance of getting you in trouble...it's just not a good habbit to get into. ![]() |
