Ueno Zoo

[Haggis]

There are good zoos and bad zoos, but Ueno Zoo is one of the worst I've been to. The Panda Bears and the Polar Bears are kept in such confined spaces it's heartbreaking to see them. I searched the Internet with the hope that the Japanese people are regularly protesting about these conditions but all I can find are articles about how proud they are of this zoo. It's not right.

IN ROCHESTER NY OUR ZOOS KEEP THE TIGERS IN SUCH SMALL SURROUNDINGS IT IS VERY SAD TO GO THERE AND IT MAKES ME MAD

these animals don't need a huge cage or a lot of space. all they basically do is lounge around and sleep. as for me, i don't really care because the zoos here in hawaii is nice and very very spacious. the tigers can run around in circles all day if they wanted to.

The zoo in Tennoji used to be like that. But they cleaned it up a bit. Ouji Zoo is nice, if I remember correctly.
