I've already got a few manga pretty close in the making. >.< The farthest I've done is panels at a convention about manga, which helped spread word about mine. If you go to a con, talk to as many artists you can, and make friends with them. It will prove VERY useful for tips, and a good head start.

In all honesty, being a manga artist would be really cool.
Sadly, I couldn't draw my way out of a sketchbook, so I'll stick to writing. Though along those lines, I have dabbeled in thinking about writing for a comic/manga. How in the world do people reach 1,000+ posts?  Skadoosh.

I would love to be a manga artist one day! It's like a dream...except in the dream I would be able to use ink without spilling it everywhere.

Well, I hope to be a manga artist one day! I don't mean to brag, but I think I'm pretty good! ^_^ But, that's just personal opinion. No one's bashed or flamed my work yet!
i wanna be a manga-ka one day- it's a dream of mine. Hey if anyone else is interested in hiring, I'll apply!! Anyone need an artist? I've been drawing for nine years now! XD   I'd rather be an idiot having fun than a genius bored out of his mind.

I would love to be a mangaka!!!!! Have any of you heard of Shojo Beat? It's the best romance you can ever get from comics!!!! I would love to be a mangaka for them, but they don't and can't accept american manga
 , so I'll be a part of Yen Plus. . I've read one of their magazines this month, and it's awsome!!!!! Some of them are a little Hentai-ish <disturbing>Anyways,I'd love to be a mangaka, yup. I'm working so hard now that I'm trying to get my own trademark, and I'm only 13!  But I'm working on it. So far I've drew 12 comics and only completed 7 of them  , but hey, I have school and everything else to worry about.^_^LLL ~Hard to be Soft Tough to be Tender~
