I bought a good book called "Graffiti Japan" by Remo Camerota (don't let the dull cover put you off). There's a sample of the work here: Graphics.com: The shared resource for creative design

BELX2 and SUIKO have been mentioned and if you go to Google images and also look for SKLAWL you should see some examples of their work that appears in the book.
