Will be spending 2 months in Japan,Osaka/Tokyo..and will be looking to get a tattoo. Any suggestions of a good tattooist in the Kansai area?

what kind of Tattoo do you have in mind? any particular design? Thats a great idea! getting a Tat in Japan! I have something to add to that question though....where is a good place to get a piercing in Japan? and what is the most popular piercing in Japan?
