Someone's a busy poster today

These are beautiful though. I'm suffering serious garden envy~ my garden's full of stupid heavy clay. I'd love to take some of the traditional ideas behind these sorts of gardens though and apply it to an English context; Native British plants and local stone used to make a Japanese garden effect and so forth. Not sure if that's possible though :/

Hokkaido really is a beautiful place.
Here's some pics I've got over the years of places close to where I live.

Those pics are fantastic. I have to get my lazy ass mobile and go for a trip up north. There is never enough time in this bloody Tokyo.
