I love the concept of mixing fashions- clothes are clothes. People should always wear whatever style makes them happy. Sorry. Some of those aren't even mixing, it's flat out transvestite.
I think the bow in the sailor suit one is a bit much too. If you can balance the two right it'd probably look pretty good.
