Help with a "look" or "style" -

I'm interested in getting into the VK-type fashion since I've been a fan of it for a while. I'm not sure what kind of things would look good on me, where to look for clothes that are of good quality but still affordable. Here's a picture of me if it's needed, any tips on what I should wear would be greatly appreciated.

well there is EGA ( Elegant Gothic Aristocrat kinda like this is what i have
