Yes, I think so too, but you don't have to go overboard yourself ^^
Why shouldn't you be able to pull it off?

This is how much hairclips I would wear at the most:

I should try to get a photo of the intire me with all acessories I usally wear ^^

that is so cute!
i dont know if i could be able to put an outfit together
i have tons of bows and hairclips
i guess really all you have to do is play around with clothes and accessories

yeah i wear crazy stuff at school
i wore knee socks and a plaid skirt to school, and people made fun of me but i ignored it, and i got more compliments after that

whoa what state/country do you live in?

hell, I dont know what they would laugh at out here! It's so open minded in LA/Hollywood

I love decora too!
No one dresses like that where I live though, but I'd love to visit Japan one day & see them all dressed up.
I think the style is so individual compared to other Japanese dress styles, and all the bright colours stand out too
