I believe you can quit, Diru X3 Substituting one unhealthy thing for another isn't the best way to solve your problem though. It takes commitment if you wanna take a big step like quitting smoking, especially if you've been doing it for a while and you possess the addictive gene (which it seems like you do if it's hard to quit). Grit your teeth and bare it if you have to! Best of luck!


I actually have a valid lolita question on our lolita clan board! If anyone knows anything about elegant aristocrat, this needs answering or opinion. Is a scarf/muffler a good accessory to have, or does it hinder the look? And if it works with the style, what colors do you think work best with black and white outfits.

Yeah I think it should be okay, especially if it's cold. Not just for no reason. a black scarf would be neat and tidy while still keeping you warm! I'd just say make it's not a super massive big fat one, though, you still want to keep it elegant.

well, maybe u could buy a small box for ur parents' cigarettes(SP?) and make sure it has a place to put a key to lock it, and give the key to ur parents so that u don't use them

and make sure to throw away any of ur own, just to make sure

i hope that could help *sweatdrop* it's a way to get away from being addicted to something without picking up a new bad habbit
