i want to wear lolita clothes but the clothes i saw for lolita are like EXPENSIVE! anyone got some advice for something a little more cheaper?

Well...you can make your own. Right now I'm taking an old black dress and spiffing it up a little bit. ^.^ I just have to add some frills. Or you can try e-bay or something for an outfit.
