i saw one @ SM mall of ASIA and some public markets here .... here in the philippines lols.. we got a lot of those here..but i don't know what it's called though. it cost around $20-30 ..

  My first language is sign language 'cause I am born deaf and second is English it's hard understand for me sometimes my memory not good for I try writes right story/grammer of english okay? And read them too. So Deal with it.

Yeah this is easy. Cyber goth/cyber punk is the name of this style. A lot of industrial artists dress like that. I used to be into this kind of thing back in the day.
