Mexican And Japan Hair styles!

Hi! Well something I noticed barely...well...First off. I love japanese style! You know with their hair and all. How they dye it and make it all different styles and all. Yup is tight. But I just currently visited Mexico the capital! All the youngsters or young adults have that same style as well. Were they influenced by the japanese style or is just their own.
