Why do they wear those things surgeons wear over their mouths? Is it cool? Or are they just NUTS? It scares me when they do that.

I think they origanally wore them to protect other people if they were sick, but I've seen them in like magazines and stuff so I think they're like a fashion accessori

I see harajuku fashion in Fruits and Fresh Fruits book, Kera magazine, fruits magazine, and FASHION JAPAN
