Fanplusfriend is very good at replying and gives amazing works and commissions.
I'd give five...
LolitaKisma is good with shipping and bundles but have more accessories than actual tee shirts and such? Maybe?
Refusetobeusual.com is a good Vk shop, but their prices are high and you can find better on other sites. :/

Do you want all online shops or are offline shops okay?
