They're pretty much just boots out here, people into the rocker fashion, or hosts generally wear them. Here's a couple of mine



I buy mine at Shibuya 109-2 for men, but a lot of stores that have shoes in Tokyo carry shoes like that. Not really sure where else you'd buy them outside of Japan.

I noticed in the video of ruki they're almost the exact same (X

Hmm well I'm not too sure about links because I buy things locally, but I know 109 has pretty much the same stock on their site so you can look:

Not sure if they ship to the USA but I'm sure I can find out

Eh I wouldn't be too sure, a lot of guitar stores sites here are all in Japanese but they do ship to foreign countires as well

Unfortunately I'm not too advanced in Japanese. I'm only a （中国人）十五才男 with minimum, all self-taught Japanese...(know Hiragana+Katakana+ starting Kanji)

Honestly, if you give me your size in cm, I can check places out for you. These shoe styles are very very common. America-mura, where I was on a photo shoot this weekend, was full of these.
