yuh.
So, me and my friend Rochelle are going to a Gwen Stefani concert (with Akon) be jealous.. anyways. you all know about her Harajuku girls im asuming? well, we want to dress up as them. and we need help. please...uh, ideas, store suggestions.. stuff like that.. and we have a VERY limited budget >< Worthless people live only to eat and drink; people of worth eat and drink only to live.

the whole point of harajuku fashion is being individual and different; go through charity shops and thrift stores for cheap finds, then try them out in different combinations
 alot of harajuku fashion uses used-clothes   -~Moddess ~- ▲ ▲ ▲

Harajuku is all about being urself, and not worring about anything matching, making sense or fashion concious! Do what you want...
