Kansai style coat/jacket -

Hey does anyone know of the term use to describe the kind of coat/jacket that has massive tattoo like graphic on the back? I believe they are originated from Kansai.
here is a picture of similar products (These are for pets, but i think this should give you an idea what i am referring to) Amazon.com: Tokyo Hip Satin Bomber Jacket for Dog Cat Pet apparel clothing: Kitchen & Dining I remember there is a specific name for this type of coat, and there is even history about how these became the fashion back in the days, but i can't remember what they are called

The cradle is Yokosuka in Kanagawa Prefecture.
