I think burgundy hair will lookgood on you. It will have a nice contrast: light skin and dark hair (kind of dark but sexy look) for different outfits look at this site to get an idea of outfits you'll be able to get same look from pic by even using clothes already in your closet. well, you definately need more volume at the back. And, i would have it jet black with neon flashes. [neon whatever the colour you like]
